MEET YOUR PHYSICAL THERAPIST

Hi, I'm Aida

I'm a physiotherapist specialized in orthopedic injuries and conditions, with over 10 years of clinical practice in Maribor, Slovenia.

Most of my patients had the same problem: they couldn't come to the clinic several times a week, and a printed exercise sheet wasn't enough. So I started recording the exact progressions I use in the clinic, so you can follow them with me from home, wherever you live.

Not only did she show me which exercises to do, but she also explained in detail how each exercise works and why it is important for my recovery. Now that I am diligently performing the prescribed exercises, I am noticing an improvement and a decrease in pain.

WHY THE MOTION PROTOCOL

Not Another Library of Exercise Videos

Anyone can upload a few exercises to YouTube. What actually changes a back is knowing what to do, in what order, how to do it correctly, and when to progress. That's what every program here is built on.

Built by a physical therapist

The same exercises and progressions Aida uses with her patients in the clinic. Not random workouts.

Progressive, week by week

You start at a level your body can handle, and the program gets harder as you get stronger.

Press play and follow along

Every exercise is explained step by step, then you do it together with Aida. Reps counted, timer on screen.

Made for real life

30 minutes, every other day, from home. No gym, no complicated plan, no appointments to book.
